The Scope of Our Guarantee:

Our Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship, under normal home use, for all products that we sell, including closet systems and accessories, pantry organizers, laundry rooms and garages, for as long as you own your home. Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents (or other "acts of God") or improper usage will void this Guarantee.

The Limitations of Our Guarantee:

No other Warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for consequential damages. Buyer's sole remedy shall be limited to replacement of damaged or defective parts.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH ARE AT YOU DISPOSAL WITHIN THE STATE OF COLORADO.
